Job Description

We are looking for a goal‑oriented individual with strong analytics skills to join our team in driving the business performance for Global Wholesale Banking through providing strategic insights and decision support. You will work closely with business users to understand their needs and develop relevant reports and dashboards to monitor key metrics across the franchise.

Responsibilities

  • Support business growth with customer-centric analytics and data‑driven insights
  • Monitor revenue drivers, sales mandates, customer and product productivity across various markets
  • Partner with business units in business reviews, forecasting and operational planning
  • Develop financial dashboards, identify process improvement opportunities and support relevant transformation initiatives

Requirements

  • Degree in Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • Strong analytical and numerical aptitude, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into strategic recommendations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders
  • High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in time‑sensitive environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with data analytics and visualisation tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI or QlikView is an advantage
