Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily trade support tasks, such as trade entry, reconciliation, and basic reporting, under the guidance of experienced team members
  • Help maintain accurate records of transactions and support the preparation of operational reports
  • Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, learning to use data and technology tools as appropriate
  • Support the integration and enhancement of internal systems, including helping to automate simple reporting tasks
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for small projects or process improvements
  • Collaborate with team members to help implement new tools or dashboards for performance tracking and risk assessment
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and provide general support to the operations and business teams as needed

Required Technical Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

  • Undergraduate student majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated interest in financial markets, quantitative analysis, or hedge fund operations is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate independently as well as part of a team
