Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily trade support tasks, such as trade entry, reconciliation, and basic reporting, under the guidance of experienced team members
- Help maintain accurate records of transactions and support the preparation of operational reports
- Participate in process reviews to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements, learning to use data and technology tools as appropriate
- Support the integration and enhancement of internal systems, including helping to automate simple reporting tasks
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders for small projects or process improvements
- Collaborate with team members to help implement new tools or dashboards for performance tracking and risk assessment
- Participate in ad hoc projects and provide general support to the operations and business teams as needed
Required Technical Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
- Undergraduate student majoring in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets, quantitative analysis, or hedge fund operations is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to operate independently as well as part of a team
