About the team

We are a growing regional digital bank group and are revolutionizing financial banking services across Southeast Asia. Our mission is to unlock big dreams and drive financial inclusion throughout the region. As a regional digital bank, we have the right foundation—data, technology, and trust—because we are Built With Heart. We believe that real impact starts with real people. If you're ready to Own The Mission and help us shape the future of Digital banking, we invite you to join us.

About the Team

As a DigiOps & CX Intern, you will be at the heart of our mission to deliver excellence. You won’t just be watching from the sidelines; you will be instrumental in mapping the future of our operational processes and customer journeys. This role is the embodiment of Own The Mission: you will take ownership of your projects, ensuring that every workflow you touch becomes faster, smarter, and more reliable.

What You’ll Do

  • Write clear, concise business requirements and design detailed process maps to visualize the customer and operational journey.

  • Use your analytical mindset to spot bottlenecks and streamline existing processes to make them more efficient.

  • Leverage SQL and Tableau to analyze data, validate information, and accurately map fields between complex systems.

  • Partner closely with cross-functional team members to turn your data-driven findings into actionable improvements.

  • Actively explore and implement AI tools to work smarter, solve complex problems in new ways, and drive innovation within the team.

What You’ll Need:

  • A fast learner with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for untangling messy processes.

  • Basic SQL skills and a strong eye for data accuracy; experience or interest in Tableau is a strong plus.

  • Ability to explain complex technical ideas simply to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • A solid understanding of Agile methodology (hands-on delivery experience is a bonus).

  • A strong interest in the banking or fintech domain.
