We are searching for the best talent for BU Leader, APAC Neurovascular
Purpose: In this role, you will provide decisive leadership in all areas of commercial related to sales, marketing, market access, professional education, clinical support, KOL engagement, competitive dynamics and team & people management. You will develop different business models, aligned with APAC and global strategies, that hold regional and local relevance to ensure success with a focus on critical business priorities, talent, and culture plans to grow the business.
Reports to: Worldwide President, Neurovascular
The Asia Pacific Neurovascular BU Lead will be a member of the Global Neurovascular Leadership team and will have direct commercial accountability for the Asia Pacific Market (excluding China). Reporting directly to the WW President, Neurovascular, this position will be responsible for the development and execution of the organization’s commercial regional strategy, identifying growth opportunities, driving revenue and market share growth, and lead scaling of the organization, in line with our strategy. Develops an integrated approach to business development, sales, marketing, market access, medical affairs, product development, and customer experience/interaction. The role will have sales, commercial marketing, and commercial education reporting directly into the leader.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Growth
Own the Neurovascular APAC (NVAPAC) P&L and set annual targets for revenue, margin, and market‑share expansion.
Translate global Neurovascular strategy into a fully integrated regional commercial plan with clear KPIs and execution roadmaps.
Continuously assess business models, market dynamics, and value propositions to establish a sustainable competitive advantage.
Commercial Execution & Sales Management
Drive accelerated growth through market expansion, channel optimization, and disciplined commercial prioritization.
Manage, segment, and prioritize commercial channels to maximize customer coverage and operational effectiveness.
Lead regional execution against revenue commitments and commercial performance objectives.
Product Launch & Portfolio Management
Oversee regional planning and execution of all new product launches in alignment with global strategies and timelines.
Monitor post‑launch performance, ensure strong commercial adoption, and remove barriers to scale and utilization.
Customer, Market Insights & External Relations
Provide the global organization with strategic market insights to inform product development and portfolio strategy.
Serve as the primary regional interface with key customers, KOLs, clinical societies, and strategic partners.
Build and maintain strong external relationships to strengthen customer loyalty and advocacy.
Operations, Metrics & Compliance
Implement commercial operations systems, performance dashboards, and tracking processes to ensure disciplined execution.
Maintain strong understanding of regional regulatory and reimbursement environments; guide teams in compliant, Credo‑aligned practices.
Drive operational excellence and adherence to corporate governance frameworks.
Talent, Organization & Leadership Development
Build, scale, and retain high‑performing sales, marketing, and commercial education teams across the APAC region.
Develop talent strategies, succession plans, and leadership development initiatives to strengthen organizational capability.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Minimum 10+ years of progressive Sales and/or Marketing experience with significant commercial leadership responsibility.
Demonstrated track record of sustained business growth and full P&L ownership.
Proven ability to lead commercial teams in competitive, multi‑segment healthcare or medical device markets.
Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with experience translating strategy into actionable execution.
Demonstrated success working in complex, matrixed organizations with cross‑functional stakeholders.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience engaging and developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and navigating regulatory/reimbursement landscapes.
Willingness and ability to travel regionally 50%+.
