About the role:
We are looking for a multidisciplinary Brand Creative Lead to join our Global Brand Studio. This is a rare opportunity for a candidate who thrives at the intersection of brand storytelling, product marketing, campaign execution—and crypto culture.
You are a seasoned creative leader with a sharp eye and high standards — someone who can lead, make, and collaborate. You care deeply about the craft but also know how to move fast and get things out the door. You’ve led teams, built processes, solved problems with creativity, and rolled up your sleeves when needed.
You’ll lead a multidisciplinary creative team — providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure the work is high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time.
This role calls for a hands-on creative leader who can drive the day-to-day execution of product campaigns, partnership content, and marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Shape creative excellence across disciplines:
- You’ll set the creative bar across projects, ensuring the work meets brand standards, business goals, and market relevance.
- Lead and collaborate:
- You’ll work closely with cross-functional partners, creative peers, and marketing leads to bring ideas to life - from concept through to production. Turn briefs into clear, effective creative across formats and channels.
- Drive execution:
- You’ll oversee the development of campaign creatives, from concept to production, across brand, partnerships and product communications. Ensure all output aligns with brand standards, creative excellence, and business objectives
- Make and mentor:
- You’re hands-on when needed and generous with your team. You provide clear feedback and direction while creating space for others to grow.
- Balance brand and speed:
- You’ll guide the team to deliver consistent, high-quality creative while navigating the realities of fast-moving timelines and shifting priorities. Foster a culture of creative excellence, speed, and open collaboration.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a proven track record leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Exceptional ability to shape and evolve a brand’s voice across platforms.
- Strong portfolio of past work that demonstrates creative excellence and impact
- Able to develop ideas that answer the brief.
- Is a master of simplifying complex problems to arrive at a crisp, clean, simple solution.
- Hands-on and humble as a leader — nothing is above or below them.
- Comfortable managing multiple projects under tight timelines.
- Collaborative and resourceful — willing to both lead and execute when needed.
- Familiar with our products and the competitive landscape. Understand crypto culture, its language, and its audience across social and digital touchpoints.
- Fast-moving, pragmatic, and focused on delivering outcomes.
- Stay ahead of creative and design trends and AI-assisted creative tools, and champion their integration into the team’s creative process.
