JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Content
- Be up to date on what’s happening around you that matters to your target audience
- Develop, plan, and execute engaging podcast content that is relevant, impactful, and beneficial to the target audience.
- Assist in the planning, production, and execution of Marma Desam Podcast content, ensuring content quality and consistency across platforms.
- Support podcast content development by coordinating topics, scripts, recordings, and post-production requirements.
- Edit and produce Video Content from podcast episodes to create engaging social media assets, including short-form videos, clips, highlights, and promotional content.
- Adapt long form podcast content into platform ,appropriate social media formats to maximise audience engagement, reach, and discoverability.
Website, Article & Administrative
- Write and develop English and Tamil articles on stations website platform.
- Ensure all content is aligned with audience interests, brand guidelines, editorial standards, and platform requirements.
- Monitor content performance and engagement metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise future content.
- Collaborate with internal teams, producers, presenters, and creative teams to ensure smooth end-to-end content production.
- Ensure all content campaigns and initiatives meet agreed performance targets and deliver meaningful value to users.
Compliance
- Ensure all activities from programmes to content delivered by announcers / speakers / guests / artists are fully compliant with Malaysian Broadcasting Codes
