Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Managing Director to serve as the primary external face of the company and lead all investment, fundraising, and strategic growth initiatives. This is a high-impact, high-equity role for a proven crypto mining deal-maker who will drive our global expansion, secure institutional capital, and build strategic partnerships across the Bitcoin mining ecosystem.

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead all fundraising (current and future rounds) and maintain ongoing institutional and HNW investor relationships
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships with mining farms, hardware manufacturers, energy providers, and hashrate marketplaces
  • Represent the company as the main spokesperson at industry events, podcasts, and in the Bitcoin community
  • Oversee mining operations strategy, hashrate deployment, platform growth, and P&L
  • Work closely with the founders/board on overall vision while owning day-to-day execution
  • Build and lead the business team over time

Profile

  • 5-10 years in crypto/bitcoin mining/fintech; currently (or recently) in a senior role at a mining company, fund, or exchange
  • Proven track record raising $20M–$100M+ in the Crypto, preferably in Bitcoin mining or infrastructure space
  • Deep existing network across Asia, North America, and emerging mining jurisdictions
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Singapore; fluent English + Mandarin strongly preferred

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with Bitcoin mining hardware or large-scale mining operations.
  • Established network in global blockchain or mining communities.
