Team Profile
We are seeking a talented and experienced Blockchain Developer to join X Layer (zk layer2 based on Polygon CDK) or ZK-Dex(based on zkwasm) development team. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining blockchain-based solutions. Additionally, you will provide support for hackathons to encourage innovation and collaboration within the X Layer community and contribute to the Polygon CDK, or participate in the design and development of ZK spot/perpetual/united account dex.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Optimize X Layer performance, enhance on-chain infrastructure, and develop related products.
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge blockchain technologies and establish a world-class on-chain infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to define and implement technical solutions for the public chain and provide necessary technical support.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Go or Rust, with experience reading core code of major public chains or L2 solutions (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Polygon CDK, Aptos, Arbitrum).
- Strong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, P2P networks, and cryptography.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and logical thinking skills.
- A deep passion for blockchain technology with a commitment to continuous learning.
Good to have
- Skilled in cryptographic algorithms such as homomorphic encryption, ring signatures, threshold signatures
- Hands-on experience with blockchain platforms like Ethereum, Cosmos, Bitcoin, EVM or Webassembly virtual machine.
- Hands-on experience with L2 platforms such as Polygon ZKEvm, ZKSync Era, Linea, Taiko, Scroll, etc.
- Experience in zero-knowledge proof development, especially zkvm, and familiarity with principles of plonk/halo2/KZG/FRI and related libraries or circuit development languages, such as plonky2, Circum, gnark
- An active participant or active member of local/international cryptography conferences
- Fluent in spoken and written English
