We have an exciting opportunity for BIM Manager to join our Building Services team in Singapore and become part of a network of over 400 Building Services Engineers across the Asia Pacific. We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead digital delivery excellence across our Singapore projects. This role is key in driving BIM strategy, ensuring high-quality project delivery, and developing team capability within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment.

Working closely with technical leaders and project managers, you will contribute to the delivery of complex infrastructure and building projects, while advancing best practices and future-ready digital workflows.

You are a strong problem-solver with a design and digital mindset, passionate about BIM innovation and best practice, motivated to mentor and uplift team performance and experienced working across multiple stakeholders and offices

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to:

  • Lead and perform quality assurance reviews of digital deliverables, ensuring compliance with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory frameworks across both 2D and 3D outputs

  • Drive continuous improvement in BIM processes, standards, and delivery outcomes

  • Troubleshoot and resolve model and project-related issues, ensuring efficient delivery across disciplines

  • Plan and manage BIM resourcing to meet project timelines and delivery requirements

  • Mentor and support BIM team members, fostering technical growth and capability development

  • Assist job managers and directors in appropriate BIM strategies and technologies on their projects.

  • Planning and resourcing delivery aspects of projects.

  • Conduct trainings on BIM process.

Key Requirements

  • Specialist Diploma in BIM or Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering recommended

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in BIM management and modelling

  • High level of experience in both of Revit software and the Autodesk Forma suite of collaboration tool systems are required. Competent user of BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Revizto etc. Dynamo or Python development experience is an advantage

  • Familiarity with Singapore codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures (e.g., Corenet X)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across teams and offices

  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands

  • Self-driven and highly motivated, with demonstrated leadership capability and a collaborative mindset
