Job Description:

Billing Analyst, Int., Billing CoE

The Billing Analyst will provide data validation of Datasite invoices, including preparation and analysis, and reviewing invoice calculations to ensure accuracy. The Analyst is also responsible for manual invoice calculations on various Datasite products that facilitate the M&A lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
• Review, analyze and prepare orders, ensure accuracy and completeness of billing data.
• Provide billing support by assisting internal customers with simple to moderately complex questions and problems.
• Resolve billing issues, such as discrepancies and disputes, by communicating with internal clients and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve timely resolution.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Displays strong knowledge of basic invoicing processes and industry services.
• Provide cost updates, justifications, and adjustments.
• Works regularly under tight deadlines

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance or related field or equivalent work experience.

Experience:
• 2 years related billing, accounting, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM)
• Excel experience (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high learning agility.
• Proven ability to multitask in a time-sensitive and deadline-driven work environment.
• Strong communication skills, especially in explaining technical terms in a way non-technical individuals can understand.
• Ability to work in a team environment and excel in high-pressure situations while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be organized, detail-oriented, data-driven, and work effectively in a collaborative cross- functional and remote-work environment.
• Knowledge of M&A, financial or legal sectors an advantage, but not essential

Additional Information:
• Remote work location must have high-speed internet access (minimum 25Mbps download & 5Mbps upload speeds)
