The role holder is responsible for preparation of Bank Reference Letters and Bespoke reports.    The role holder will liaise with Front Office and other departments including Operations, Legal, Credit and Compliance on feasibility assessment of new request for the Reference letters and Bespoke Reports. 

Main Responsibilities

  • Prepare Bespoke Reports and Bank reference Letter, and ensure the reports are completed accurately.

  • Ensure the reports and letters are sent to the relevant requestor within the required SLA and uploaded to the storage.

  • Perform feasibility assessment on new request to assess if the Bespoke report or Bank reference letter can be supported by bank guidelines and data availability.

  • Handle queries and manage Front Office requests and coordinate the request with various teams.

  • Involve in various proactively review and enhance workflow to improve operational efficiency and service delivery

  • Improve Team’s productivity by automating bespoke reports and streamlining of processes

  • Support team and Manager on ad hoc projects

Work Experience and Requirement

  • At least 3 years working experience in a bank

  • Prior experience in Bespoke Report / Reference Letter preparation preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of Power BI/Excel Marcos/ HTML/ JavaScript/ Python are good to have

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented: Thorough, meticulous, and careful in work, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills: Able to effectively engage with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Resilient under pressure: Capable of working efficiently in stressful and team-based environments.

  • Risk-aware: Strong awareness of potential risks and thrives in a proactive risk culture.

  • Independent and reliable: Able to work autonomously and deliver quality results within tight deadlines.
