As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible to digitally (phone, email and social media) connect with new and existing customers to educate them about PTC’s offerings and identify new business opportunities that will ultimately be converted and generate revenue.

  • Prospect and develop new accounts while engaging with existing accounts
  • Qualify Inbound leads and develop strong outbound sales campaigns
  • Prospect into white-space accounts to add nett new logos
  • Make outbound calls and set up meetings for Account Executives, Market Directors and Partners
  • Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos, etc.) in SFDC
  • Assist in the execution of demos in your region
  • Engage actively with prospects & customers via social networking sites such as LinkedIn and Twitter
  • Measured on pipeline creation KPIs                                                                                                             

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Mechanical Engineering Related Major is a must
  • Minimum 2 years working experience
  • Tele-sales or Inside-sales experience preferred while cold calling is a plus
  • Prior experience calling into Industry based accounts preferred
  • Prior experience calling into CAD and PLM product segment preferred
  • Knowledge of Thai, Vietnamese, Bahasa Malay/Indonesia would be an added advantage
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Competitive drive and strong desire for success
