The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutionstailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.

As a Bancassurance Specialist, you will embark on an exciting and rewarding career with a structured progression pathway and an attractive remuneration scheme.
You will start as an individual contributor, providing financial advisory services to bank customers. High performers may be identified for progression into leadership roles, including Team Leader, where you will manage and lead a team of Bancassurance Specialists or advance into Senior Bancassurance Manager or Bancassurance Advisor role focusing on the High Net Worth (HNW) segment.
Key Responsibilities
Actively understand customers’ financial needs and provide timely, accurate and appropriate financial advice aligned with their banking requirements
Deliver financial advisory services to bank customers through the Bank’s network, tele-consulting and internal referrals, with the objective of meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
Uphold a high standard of professionalism, diligence and integrity in all advisory interactions
Ensure full compliance with the Bank’s internal policies, business processes and regulatory requirements, including proper documentation and advisory procedures
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma from a recognized institution with at least 2 years of relevant working experience or a recognized University Degree (fresh graduates are welcome)
Relevant accreditations such as CMFAS Modules 5, 9, 9A, and HI are preferred
Proven track record in sales performance and client engagement will be an advantage
Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
