    The Bancassurance Sales Manager  will be seconded to our distribution channel to perform the following:

    • Conduct joint appointments with bankers to meet prospects, understand needs and cross sell suitable insurance products
    • Support the entire insurance application fulfilment process
    • Conduct subsequent reviews with clients to ensure their evolving needs are met
    • Perform regular training to bankers so that they are familiar with concept-selling, as well as the main attributes of the products and their applications
    • Support and coach bankers from the solicitation process to final closing in the delivery of the products to high net worth clients, to providing after sales services
    • Support before & after sales client engagement events
    • Ensure that the process is fully compliant with ML internal staff guidelines as well as the requirements of our bank partner

    Requirements

    • Degree Holder with at least 5 years of related experience marketing insurance products to HNWI within the banking industry
    • Established track record in marketing life insurance to HNWIs
    • Strong working & technical knowledge in Universal Life type insurance and an in depth understanding of HNW underwriting and requirements
    • Travelling may be required
    • Possesses a positive mindset, is a motivated self-starter and has the tenacity to succeed
    • Ability to establish rapport and good relationships with private bankers, clients and related stakeholders
    • Fluency in English. Ability to present, and conduct business in Mandarin a definite advantage
    • Possesses the relevant qualifications to advise on Insurance Products
