The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Integrated Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of diverse projects within a dynamic digital marketing environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management across media and content (creative) domains, coupled with a passion for building and optimising systems to manage resources and workflows.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients, acting as a key liaison to ensure project success. Fluency in English is essential. You will be an ideal candidate if you have media planning and creative production experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Resource Management
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that outline roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and timelines.
- Coordinate resources across multiple teams to ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Manage day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, task allocation, appropriate communications, and risk mitigation.
- Implement and refine systems to streamline resource management and workflow efficiency.
Client Engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals (eg. deliverables in the form of campaigns and programs).
- Support relationship leads in building and nurturing client relationships to foster trust.
- Facilitate client meetings, presentations, and updates to communicate progress, wins, and challenges effectively.
- Communicate and balance requests from senior stakeholders.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, UX, development, paid media, and analytics, to ensure successful integrated delivery.
- Support with requirements-gathering and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on project objectives.
- Balance risks, issues, and dependencies against workload and resources, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Manage geographically distributed teams to maintain seamless communication and delivery cadence.
Systems & Processes
- Build and optimise systems for project and resource management to support operational excellence.
- Evaluate completed projects to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Contribute to the development of governance and quality assurance measures for projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of project management experience in a digital marketing environment, with a strong understanding of both media and content (creative) practices.
- Proven ability to manage projects using various methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience working with clients of various sizes and various internal and external stakeholders. For example; designers, business analysts, QA teams, account managers, strategists, execution teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with a rules-driven mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of tools and platforms related to digital marketing, media, and content (creative) delivery.
- Experience managing enterprise-level projects.
- Familiarity with project management certifications (PMI, PRINCE2, Scrum, etc.) is advantageous.
