Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ITP Project Manager to join our Global Markets Platform team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex projects within the Global Markets domain, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with banking regulations. This role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams in a matrix organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including resources, budgets, timelines, and task assignments.

  • Identify, track, and communicate project progress, milestones, deliverables, changes, dependencies, costs, issues, and risks.

  • Manage and monitor the project team’s performance, provide technical guidance and schedule assignments.

  • Coordinate project activities across multiple teams within a matrix organizational structure.

  • Secure approval of deliverables or project revisions from sponsors and stakeholders.

  • Manage vendor relationships, including overseeing deliverables and evaluating software, hardware, and service vendor purchases.

  • Ensure all project deliverables comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee and plan the preparation of documentation at each project phase, such as user requirements, functional specifications, project plans, test strategies, and test plans.

  • Support implementation and maintenance of new or modified applications.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven 6+years experience managing projects in the banking sector, within the Global Markets domain.

  • Strong understanding of system integration within a mixed technology environment.

  • Solid knowledge of project financials, risk management, and issue resolution for a successful project delivery.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders.

  • Experience working in a matrix organization and coordinating cross-functional teams.

  • Vendor management experience.

  • Self-starter with good leadership and team-building capabilities.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to bring together diverse teams to resolve complex issues.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Commitment to full-time, 100% on-site presence to facilitate effective team collaboration. Office is based at Raffles Place and will eventually move to Punggol in H2 2026.
