Job Description

Responsibilities
 

We are seeking a Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge technology solutions that align with the bank’s strategic objectives. This role bridges business needs with innovative technology while ensuring seamless integration, scalability, and security. With expertise in SIEM and Network Security tools, play a key role in enhancing detection capabilities, optimizing performance, and driving secure and transformative solutions.

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business needs, translating them into actionable technology requirements.

  • Design and Development: Develop technical specifications and architectural designs while overseeing the implementation of solutions.

  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems and infrastructure, optimizing performance and scalability.

  • Proof-of-Concept Deployment: Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of POC projects to assess the viability of security solutions in meeting organizational requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and testing.

  • Product Transition and ITC Readiness: Oversee service realignment during product transitions and ensure ITC readiness, including budget planning.

  • Governance and Approvals: Present solution plans and secure approvals through technology architecture governance processes.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Partner with other teams to ensure comprehensive performance testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and classification of findings as defects or change requests.

  • Change Management: Conduct impact assessments and estimations for project change requests, ensuring minimal disruption.

  • Go-Live and Post-Implementation: Prepare and execute pre-go-live checklists, including Risk assessments, onboarding tools into CMDB, NBU and monitoring activities. Oversee security product deployment and operational readiness.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate project execution, align goals, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 – 8 years of experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

  • Extensive experience in solution architecture, system design, and technology implementation.

  • Strong knowledge of pperating systems, security technologies, including but not limited to SIEM, Network Security tools like NDR, ATP, and APT systems.

  • Strong understanding of security frameworks, risk management, and performance optimization techniques.

  • Expertise in documentation, collaboration, and training for security operations.
