As a Rewards Specialist at OCBC, you will play a key role in supporting employee rewards that enhance the wellbeing, engagement, and long-term growth of our people, with a focus on Employee Share Plans. How You Succeed

Deliver employee share plan activities with accuracy, strong governance, and a focus on employee experience. You will build trusted relationships with stakeholders and vendors, while continuously improving processes, controls, and service delivery.

What You Do

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the end-to-end administration of employee share plans, including grants, vesting, dividend adjustments, employee communications, query resolution, audit support, reporting including management reporting disclosures, and annual plan cycles.

  • Coordinating share plan activities across Singapore and the region, working closely with in-country HR teams, relevant departments and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate execution.

  • Analyse share plan data, including participation trends, cost implications, operational risks, and employee experience, to identify opportunities to enhance plan design, controls, processes, and administration.

  • Lead or support share plan projects and enhancements, including vendor management, due diligence, contract reviews, service performance monitoring, system enhancements, user acceptance testing, automation initiatives, and implementation of new plan features.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, reconciliations, share plan expensing, and reporting for share plan-related costs, ensuring accuracy, governance, and alignment with internal requirements.

  • Communicate share plan information clearly to employees and stakeholders, supporting employee understanding, participation, and timely issue resolution.

Who You Are
  • Degree in a relevant discipline, such as Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in rewards, preferably in areas such as employee share plans, equity compensation, rewards operations, or other related fields.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with confidence in data validation and reconciliations, reporting, and interpreting data.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, regional teams, senior management and vendors.

  • Meticulous with attention to detail and vendor management skills, including project management, with the ability to manage timelines, data accuracy, vendor deliverables, and service performance.

  • Continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to identify process gaps, simplify workflows, strengthen controls, and support automation and system change initiatives.

  • Familiarity with HR systems, share plan platforms, Excel-based analysis, and vendor portals would be advantageous.
