About the Department
The Innovation Strategy & Planning team leads and drives the Bank’s digital innovation and analytics transformation. The team ensures that innovation strategy pillars and objectives are operationalised through actionable and measurable plans, supported by strong collaboration across the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Operational Central Point
- Coordinate and manage day‑to‑day administrative and operational matters for the Innovation Group, ensuring timely and accurate execution of business activities.
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires, including full‑time employees, contract staff and vendors by coordinating access, equipment, workspace setup and documentation for smooth engagement.
- Provide administrative support to Innovation Group initiatives, including meeting coordination, preparation of PowerPoint presentations, documentation and follow‑up actions.
- Act as a central point of contact for administrative matters between the Innovation Group, internal stakeholders (e.g., Finance, HR, CRES, IT) and external stakeholders (e.g., business partners, vendors).
Process, Governance and Risk Controls Support
- Develop process documentation, track timelines, manage reporting and drive follow‑up actions for governance, procurement, business continuity and risk management activities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation to support reviews, audits and assurance activities.
- Apply Agile practices and leverage tools such as Scrum, JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Planner to enhance transparency, streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency.
Internal Communications
- Prepare and disseminate updates, announcements and knowledge‑sharing materials to support internal alignment and communication within the Innovation Group.
Budget, Procurement and Assets Management
- Support procurement and sourcing processes in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense administration, including raising purchase orders, invoice verification, cost allocation and timely payment processing.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of Innovation Group assets (e.g., equipment, software licences, shared resources) through consistent tracking, documentation and periodic reviews.
Innovation Group Initiatives
- Coordinate logistics, administrative arrangements and documentation related to the Innovation Group’s relocation to the Punggol Digital District.
- Organize and support workshops, industry events and training courses, including end‑to‑end planning, stakeholder coordination, venue and vendor management, participant engagement and post‑event follow‑ups.
- Support various operational tasks and group‑wide initiatives to enable effective delivery of Innovation Group priorities.
- Undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the manager to support the Innovation Group’s objectives and transformation agenda.
Job Requirements
- Recognised university degree; fresh graduates or candidates with relevant business or project management experience may be considered.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word) and SAP PEMS.
- Preferred Certifications:
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Scrum Alliance
- LiveOnline Agile Fundamentals Certification
- Skills: Scrum, Microsoft Planner, JIRA, Confluence
- Proactive and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Willingness to learn and grow within an agile and innovation‑oriented environment.
