The AVP - M&A will perform company and industry analyses, valuation of potential business transactions, prepare investment memorandums, and support deal execution while managing project timelines and guiding associates.
Job Description
- Perform company, maket and industry study. Gather qualitative and quantitative information from various sources. Analyze and present the conclusions concisely for various levels of management throughout the organisation.
- Perform pricing / valuation of potential new line of business, JV and M&A transaction.
- Prepare investment memorandums to seek project approvals.
- Support VP of Business Development in executing the transaction (deal structuring, negotiation, documentation and closing of potential JV or M&A transaction).
- Liaise with internal team as well as third party consultants in performing financial & tax, commercial, technical and legal due diligence of a possible project or target acquisition.
- Manage project process and ensure project is processing according to timeline through active communication and close collaboration with both internal and external parties.
- Assist in integration of the completed transaction with the existing business. Monitor and support realization of strategy and/or business plan.
- Monitor and provide advice and guidance to the associates in performing their duties.
