What You'll Do

• Strategic Foresight: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of innovation trends, spanning near-term disruptions to long-term horizon shifts, across various industries and technological domains. You'll identify pivotal insights that will inform DBS's strategic direction.

• Insight Generation & Communication: Translate complex innovation intelligence into compelling reports and presentations for senior leadership and key stakeholders. Your ability to articulate future possibilities will inspire and guide decision-making.

• Community Building & Orchestration: Establish, manage, and drive theme-based sensing communities within the bank. You'll foster a collaborative environment where colleagues can share insights, discuss emerging trends, and co-create innovation opportunities.

• External Engagement & Synthesis: Represent DBS at external conferences, forums, and industry events, gathering critical intelligence and reporting on key takeaways and strategic implications for the bank.

• Ecosystem Expansion: Proactively expand and nurture our innovation intelligence network, engaging with startups, accelerators, research institutions, and thought leaders to deepen our understanding of the external ecosystem.
