Why JoinWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic Assistant Vice President (AVP) in the HR Transformation Office to drive our HR transformation initiatives. This role is pivotal in redefining and enhancing our HR operating model, processes, systems, and overall employee experience. The AVP will work closely with senior leadership, other HR teams and cross-functional partners to drive innovative HR strategies that align with our business objectives and and position OCBC as an employer of choice.

Develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the employee experience, drive business growth, and position OCBC as an employer of choice.
What you do1) Design and implement relevant HR transformation initiatives and program outcomes that may include: HR operating model, change management strategies and initiatives, process improvements, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, next-gen communications plans, capability development and enablement plan, gamification approach, etc in collaboration with the regional/local stakeholders.
2) Conduct research and leverage insights to curate impactful transformation interventions and solutions.
3) Lead or be part of agile squads to deliver HR transformation initiatives
4) Program management (including vendor management where relevant) to align and deliver defined goals and outcomes.
5) Develop insightful presentation derived from data, trends, and salient point of view.
6) Define metrics and measure effectiveness, business adoption, benefits realization and drive continuous improvement.

Who you areExperienced and passionate in some of the following areas: Change Management , Change Agility, HR Strategy, HR Operating Model, HR Transformation, Employee Experience and Digital HR
Have a proven track record in at least two of the following domains: Change Management, Operating Model and Project Management
Analytical, creative and resourceful in managing initiatives and work challenges
Effective communicator, courage to drive for results and empathy to employees
Ability to work effectively with multiple and diverse stakeholders
High attention to details, meticulous and able to work in an ambiguous environment
Consulting experience in delivery of strategy and transformation programs in a large organisation using agile methodologies is preferred
