About the Role
We are seeking a technically skilled AV Engineer to join our Singapore team. This role will support the implementation and maintenance of AV systems across client sites, ensuring high standards of performance, reliability, and user experience. You will work hands-on with AV hardware, software, and networked systems, contributing to systemsGo’s reputation for dependable and scalable AV deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute AV system installation, configuration, and testing based on design documentation.
  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance.
  • Support commissioning and client handover processes.
  • Collaborate with consultants and project managers to align implementation with design intent.
  • Maintain accurate records of system configurations and service logs.
  • Provide user training and post-installation support as needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years in AV engineering, field service, or technical support.
  • Proficiency in AV signal routing, DSP configuration, and control system setup.
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Q-SYS, Crestron, Extron, and Logitech.
  • Experience with structured cabling, rack building, and AV-over-IP systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English required.
