As a key team player, you'll support the SEA & Pakistan cluster and the Singapore team with essential administrative tasks. You'll take charge of project management and coordination for cluster and local marketing initiatives, including raising MLR approvals and POs, and handling corporate secretariat duties for the SEA & Pakistan cluster.
Additionally, you'll be the go-to person for administrative support at the Singapore Office whenever the Office Manager is away.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Administrative support for SEA & Pakistan team
- Organizes cluster events, raise POs, manage suppliers
- Manage travel arrangements and raise concur claims for General Manager, SEA & Pakistan
- Process and content co-ordination for Sea & Pakistan cluster quarterly townhall
- Administrative support relating to corporate secretariat requirements for TH, VN, PHP and MY
- Raising samples for countries
- Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Administrative support for Singapore Commercial team
- Overall project management and coordination of selected regional marketing projects including but not limited to liaison with global, regional and country stakeholders.
- Provide administrative support to Singapore team, including procurement and invoicing of marketing services documents, raising samples and keep track of marketing budget.
Brand Communications
- Assist in the development and management of promotional collaterals and integrated marketing campaigns, to establish and maintain brand consistency across all campaigns and communication channels.
- Ensure usage of claims, brand guidelines and overall content/messaging is aligned and approved by key stakeholders (ie Medical affairs, Regulatory, Legal).
- Submission of promotional materials for review and approval in VEEVA system.
- Partner with countries in addressing any questions and feedback pertaining to regulatory, legal reviews once assets are routed through local MLR and ensuring that countries are able to meet their launch timelines.
Experience and Education
- Minimum Diploma holder with 8 years experience in similar administrative, marketing capacity
- Good oral and written communication capabilities that have been leveraged with external customers, internal stakeholders and senior leadership
- Strong learning agility, strong interpersonal skills and ability to multi-tasks
- Organised and structured in way of working, strong in process management
- Self-starter, independent with initiatives
- Entrepreneur mindset: Positive thinking in opportunities, agile and intrinsic motivation and desire to drive change and trying new things. Taking action with pragmatic approach
- Regional experience preferred
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
