About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our Risk and Compliance Specialty Team. In this pivotal role, you will support our sales specialists in generating new meetings and driving targeted campaigns to increase revenue. You will play a critical part in our sales strategy, contributing to the overall success of our team and the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    • Collaborate with sales specialists to identify and prioritize target accounts.

    • Conduct research to uncover potential leads within the corporate and financial sectors.

  • Cold Calling:

    • Make outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and secure meetings for sales specialists.

    • Effectively communicate our value proposition and establish rapport with prospects.

  • Campaign Support:

    • Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns.

    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing feedback and insights to enhance effectiveness.

  • Sales Administration:

    • Maintain accurate records of interactions with prospects in our CRM system.

    • Prepare reports on lead generation activities and contribute to sales forecasting.

  • Collaboration:

    • Work closely with the Risk and Compliance team to ensure alignment on sales strategies and objectives.

    • Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to a collaborative sales environment.

 

You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in sales or sales support, preferably in the Risk and Compliance or related industries.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficient in CRM software,

  • A proactive approach with a passion for sales and client engagement.

  • Strong interest in selling Risk & Compliance data, software and due diligence solutions.
