Sell wealth management, treasury, and insurance products while providing compliant, tailored financial advice. Meet individual sales and service targets, resolve client issues, maintain regulatory compliance, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires relevant Singapore financial certifications and at least three years of retail banking sales experience.
Responsibilities:
Strategy and Planning
Acquire qualified New-To-Bank customers through contacts, referrals from clients and business development activities locally
- Procure new business through customer acquisition and manage relationships with existing customers
- Engage other departments to get referral opportunities
Business Performance and Management
- Attuned to the current economic and financial markets by attending trainings so as to be current and proficient in addressing customer’s queries
- Achieve individual sales targets for wealth management, treasury products and insurance
- Provide sound financial advice and dispensing customised solutions in alignment with the bank's standards and industry regulations
- Deliver client satisfaction through tailored solutions according to client objectives and service issue resolution
- Achieve service standards set by the bank

Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in any discipline
Professional Qualification and/or Regulatory, Licensing Requirements
Possess the relevant certifications e.g., CLI, CGI, HI, M1B, M5, M6, M6A, M8, M8A, M9, and M9A
Relevant Work Experience
At least 3 years of relevant sales experience in retail banking
Technical/Functional Skills
Strong understanding of financial compliance and regulatory requirements in Singapore
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
