By coordinating activities, managing milestones, and maintaining governance artefacts, the role directly contributes to the organization’s mission of delivering high-quality, customer-centric solutions with speed and accountability. The incumbent enables stronger collaboration across cross-functional and regional teams, ensuring alignment and transparency in project outcomes. From this opportunity, the individual will gain exposure to complex, large-scale digital and technology projects, deepen their expertise in Agile delivery, and build strong stakeholder management skills within a dynamic financial services environment.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, ensuring alignment of tasks, timelines, and deliverables across business and technology teams

  • Track project milestones, dependencies, and action items, proactively following up to ensure timely completion

  • Maintain project artefacts including plans, RAID logs, and status reports to support delivery governance

  • Support Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure accurate tracking in tools such as Jira

  • Consolidate project updates and prepare regular status reporting, highlighting risks, issues, and delays

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document minutes, and drive closure of action items across teams and vendors

  • Coordinate resources, onboarding, and communication across cross-functional and distributed teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management roles, preferably in financial services or insurance

  • Strong hands-on experience in project tracking, coordination, reporting, and stakeholder communication

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence

  • Strong organisational, communication, and follow-through skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP and/or Agile Certifications preferred

  • Experience supporting projects involving digital platforms, customer journeys, or system integrations in financial services or insurance

  • Exposure to regional or multi-market delivery environments with cross-functional and distributed teams

  • Basic familiarity with emerging technologies (e.g., cloud, automation, GenAI) and their application in improving delivery efficiency
