What We Need

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Associate Producer for the Korean-speaking market. You will be involved in ensuring that we deliver a great user experience to our players through the publishing of our mobile titles. Your area of focus will be on overall Live Ops support including localization, community management and customer support for a global launch.

As we work closely with team members in remote offices and regional stakeholders, it is very important that the candidate be comfortable working with remote teams across different time zones.

We are open to candidates based in Korea or Singapore. 

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee various aspects of production including product, marketing, localizations, community, customer support and other production-related areas.
  • Lead as a secondary point of contact for these cross-functional groups to support game launches and ensure timely, high-quality releases.
  • Manage external vendors to ensure alignment with internal operations and improve overall efficiency.
  • Oversee live operations in collaboration with the product team, community teams and producers, addressing in-game issues and improving player engagement.
  • Escalate critical problems to the appropriate teams and support customer service and community-related matters.
  • Utilize internal tools to manage in-game operations and contribute to community and in-game event execution.
  • Traveling internationally to other 2K offices and/or business sites as needed.
What Will Make You A Great Fit
  • 3+ years of experience in managing various aspects of a Live Ops Mobile Game.
  • Fluency in the Korean and English languages so as to be able to communicate efficiently with our cross-functional teams and end-users in Korea.
  • Knowledge of Korean culture, society and current trends is required to ensure that the tone and style of game are appropriate for our Korean players.
  • Knowledge with Korea's social media platforms to review, discuss and support key community strategies from a Live Ops perspective.
  • Excellent skills with MS office is a must.
  • An interest in mobile SLGs will advantageous
