JOB DESCRIPTION

The Associate, Portfolio Management will support the senior portfolio management team in monitoring, analysing and managing the portfolio of the Keppel Infrastructure Fund series. The role focuses on data-driven analysis, portfolio monitoring, financial modelling and preparation of materials to support decisions making, portfolio optimisation, with the objective of delivering superior risk‑adjusted returns.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Monitoring & Analysis

  • Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to timely obtain operational and financial information, as well as progress on strategic initiatives.
  • Update the fund-level financial models for periodic return and progress assessment.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on portfolio performance, risks, return drivers and strategic initiatives.
  • Assess return outlook by identifying opportunities and threats early.

Portfolio Companies Engagement

  • Own and update the financial models of portfolio companies for decision making, periodic valuation and strategic progress assessment.
  • Analyze macro and micro drivers to support strategic decision making.
  • Comprehend periodic results and prepare quality reports and presentations for investors and other purposes.
  • Support the integration of new portfolio companies within the Keppel system and align reporting and data collection standards

Transactions & Fundraising Support

  • Support divestments through financial modelling, due diligence and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in fundraising activities, including preparation of quality presentation and other materials.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity investment, investment banking, corporate finance or consultancy.
  • Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with solid commercial acumen.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
