Job Purpose
The Associate, Portfolio Management will support the CEO and senior portfolio management team in monitoring, analysing and managing Keppel Infrastructure Trust (KIT)’s portfolio. The role focuses on data-driven analysis, portfolio monitoring, financial modelling and preparation of materials to support investment decisions, portfolio optimisation and capital allocation, with the objective of delivering sustainable, risk‑adjusted returns.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Monitoring & Analysis
Support ongoing portfolio monitoring by gathering operational and financial data from portfolio companies.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis on portfolio performance, risks, value drivers and returns.
Assist in identifying performance gaps, emerging risks and improvement opportunities across assets.
Portfolio Strategy & Capital Allocation
Support evaluation of portfolio construction and capital allocation considerations based on long‑term market outlook, asset performance and strategic priorities.
Contribute analysis to the refinement of investment and asset management strategies in line with KIT’s long‑term objectives.
Investment & Asset Management Support
Assist in preparing analysis and materials for strategy discussions with KIT management and portfolio companies.
Support shareholder decision-making processes, including preparation of papers and tracking of resolutions.
Support budget reviews and cash flow analysis of portfolio companies.
Transactions & Capital Management
Support acquisitions and divestments through financial modelling, due diligence analysis and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in capital raising activities, including preparation of presentation materials, data analysis and coordination with finance and legal teams.
Reporting & Investor Support
Work with finance and asset management teams to prepare periodic portfolio and management reporting.
Support investor relations activities, including preparation of materials for unitholder updates and investor communications.
Requirements
Degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related disciplines.
2–4 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, private equity investment, investment banking, corporate finance or consultancy.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with solid commercial acumen.
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
