Role Summary and Impact 

As a Performance Executive (Social), you will support the planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting of paid social campaigns across multiple clients. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-performing campaigns, ensuring client KPIs are met while driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. 

This role plays a key part in strengthening the agency’s paid social capabilities, while providing opportunities to deepen your expertise in biddable media and digital strategy. 

Core responsibilities 

  • Execute, manage, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) 
  • Support end-to-end campaign delivery including setup, monitoring, optimisation, and reporting 
  • Track and analyse campaign performance, ensuring delivery against KPIs and client objectives 
  • Provide meaningful insights and recommendations through campaign reporting 
  • Identify growth opportunities and optimisation strategies within client accounts 
  • Work closely with Performance Managers and internal teams to deliver campaigns effectively 
  • Manage multiple projects and timelines across different clients 
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and client teams 
  • Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the paid social team 

Measure of Success 

In three Months: 

  • Develop a foundational understanding of paid social platforms and campaign execution 
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and internal teams 
  • Support campaign setup, reporting, and basic optimisation tasks 
  • Gain understanding of client audiences, targeting, and campaign objectives 

In six months: 

  • Independently manage paid social campaigns across multiple clients 
  • Deliver consistent reporting with actionable insights 
  • Identify optimisation opportunities and improve campaign performance 
  • Streamline processes to improve reporting and operational efficiency 

In twelve months: 

  • Become a subject matter expert on assigned clients’ social campaigns 
  • Drive stronger performance outcomes and strategic recommendations 
  • Increase adoption of broader biddable/social solutions within accounts 
  • Contribute to overall client growth and paid social excellence 

What you will need 

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field 
  • 1–2 years of experience in paid social or digital marketing 
  • Basic understanding of paid social platforms and buying mechanisms (Meta, TikTok, etc.) 
  • Experience managing or supporting multiple client campaigns preferred 
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and generate insights 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills with confidence in client interactions 
  • Team player with collaborative mindset 
  • Passion for digital media and eagerness to learn and grow
