Get to Know the Team
GrabRentals (GR) is a core pillar of Grab’s Mobility business, with the primary objective of securing vehicular and productive driver-partner supply for Grab’s ride-hailing marketplace. We strive to be a trustworthy partner that creates income opportunities for our driver-partners by sustainably providing them access to quality assets and innovative tech-driven or data-driven solutions.
Get to Know the Role
In this position, you will play a vital role within the Partner Management team. Your duties will encompass management of our operational policies and processes that support GrabRental’s driver-partners. Your north star will be ensuring that our driver-partners experience is first-class and you are driven to work across internal teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve escalation. You are empathetic and enthusiastic in your engagement with our driver-partners at events and program launches.
You will report to the Head, Planning, Productivity & Partner Managemen and reports onsite at Singapore Grab office.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need

Degree / Diploma holders (preferably in business administration, economics, supply chain or engineering)

At least 3 years of experience in an operations-type role

Able to work independently in a fast-paced and changing environment

Experience with hands-on customer engagement, strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency

Strong spoken and written communication skills

Passionate about identifying user pain points, process bottlenecks, or inefficiencies and designing solutions to resolve them
