Eight or more years of manufacturing or technical experience and supervisory experience are preferred.

- Driving manufacturing daily management into systematization and digitalization. Such as tool life、OEE, etc.

- Lead operator’s daily SMED team and keep higher quality and shorten lead time。
组建/领导换型团队，推动员工换型的高质量和短周期。
REQUIRED SKILL SET岗位技能：
- Excellent interpersonal communication and supervisory skills.
