We are looking for a Associate Manager (PR Specialisation) to join our growing Integrated Communications team. You’ve been working for at least 5 years, and in an agency for the majority of those years, so we won’t bore you with the usual JD. Know that you will be the linchpin in our accounts, providing the bridge between clients and our business every single day. Whether it is developing strategic plans, writing thought leadership articles, or managing all aspects of media engagement, you will be expected to stay on top of it all. There will be juniors looking for guidance, seniors looking for recommendations, and clients counting on you for everything. We will count on you to do your job, so we can do ours.
You are the recipe of our favourite dishes, providing direction and next steps, ensuring quality standards and meeting of deadlines. You are the chief scientist of our lab, leading a team to conceptualize, develop and present new business proposals.
We call out to that tireless writer who can find a way to translate the technical into something magical for businesses. You don’t have to know the industries we serve NOW, but you must want and be able to pick things up – fast, real fast
Most importantly, we want someone who cares deeply about the work they do, to whom good-enough is never good enough. We don’t just want our clients to like you, we want them to love you.

You will be someone who is …
