Associate, Linear Operations - Media Operations, Media Management
Be an Early Applicant
Coordinate with internal channel business units and external content providers to schedule and process media files, subtitles, images/posters, and live feed recordings. Issue production work orders, manage delivery timelines, handle urgent requests (including weekends/public holidays), and assist senior associates in departmental tasks while maintaining attention to detail and independent teamwork.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Responsible to work with internal channel BU & external content provider for new program request that going on air
- Responsible to send production work order for media files processing, subtitle processing & images/posters creation.
- Responsible to send production recording work order for live feed recording
- To work with channel BU & external content provider on the media files delivery timeline
- To work on weekends and public holidays for any urgent/last minute request on the media files processing
- Proficient in computers and must have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment where required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adapting to changes is frequent and making well informed decisions is a must.
- Any other task assigned that is in-line with the department’s objectives.
- Assist SA in all aspects of work within the department/division
REQUIREMENTS:
WHO YOU ARE:
Essential:
- Fresh graduates from Diploma/Degree of Mass Communication.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the broadcast/ media/ entertainment/ telecommunication or related sectors
Desirable / Preferred
- Understanding of content and media industries
