JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this critical role, you will oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of complex Network Hardware Lifecycle projects and other related initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects within scope, budget, and timeline. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with a background in IT.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Led the complete lifecycle of Network Services projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence while maintaining compliance with security, regulatory, and operational standards in the banking sector.
  • Develops and maintain detailed project plans for medium to large sized projects focusing on IT Asset Management, Network Infra and Software applications Lifecycle projects
  • Support weekend change events
  • Regularly develops, maintain and communicate project updates, status reports and performance metrics to diverse stakeholder
  • Organize project kick-off meetings, set clear milestones and provide direction based on the strategic initiatives.
  • Work with teams to define project goals, deliverables, resource allocation and improving process efficiencies and project workflows.
  • Performs risk analysis, manages issues, and handles client change requests.
  • Utilizes Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) to create reports, data analytics, presentations, and project documentation, as well as to interpret data related to IT assets and project performance.
  • Lead testing, quality assurance, and user acceptance phases to ensure smooth project deployments and minimal disruption to network operations

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • A bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to support and manage small to medium-scale projects with good organizational and time management skills.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in network services, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent customer interface, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork: Experience working in collaborative environments and supporting cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to work on most weekends and Monday morning standby calls and preferably having worked with regional countries and time zones
  • Experience in developing and managing project status reports, updates, and metrics
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI,pivot tables) to interpret data related the project performance.
  • Adaptable with a Positive mindset

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • ITIL Certifications
  • Agile or PMP certified
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN, and basic network security protocols
  • Experience using project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Teams, and Webex (an advantage).
  • Experience in communicating with end-users, technical teams, and senior management to collect requirements, articulate features, technical designs, and strategy to name a few
