The Associate in Investment will source and analyze investment opportunities, conduct financial modeling, coordinate due diligence, and prepare investment documentation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Source and analyse investment opportunities
- Structuring and executing the acquisition of assets in Asia Pacific
- Conduct financial modelling to assess / support acquisition decisions
- Present financial analysis to key stakeholders
- Conduct and coordinate legal, tax, technical & financial due diligence for assets to be acquired, working with external advisers/ consultants
- Prepare investment papers, presentations and other materials as required
- Review transaction documents
- Monitor market news, trends and prepare regular sector research
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related field from a reputable university
- 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience
- Strong financial modelling, analytical and presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Independent, detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines
- A strong team player
