Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Internal Control Analyst to join our Gaming Risk Management and Internal Control Team in Singapore. This role is designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to build a strong foundation in risk management within the global gaming industry.
- Support Risk Assessments: Assist senior team members in performing risk assessments and internal control reviews across various business units.
- Documentation & Testing: Execute control testing procedures and maintain clear, accurate documentation of findings and business responses.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with different departments to collect data, follow up on remediation plans, and ensure timely project updates.
- Process Improvement: Contribute fresh perspectives to help identify opportunities for streamlining control processes and enhancing organizational efficiency.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing drafts for internal reports and presentations for management.
- Education: Recent Bachelor/Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computing or a related discipline.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience; previous internships in audit, risk management, or consulting are highly preferred.
- Communication: Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is essential for collaborating with global and regional stakeholders.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization tools and AI tool is a plus.
- Mindset: A proactive learner with strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- Professional ceritification: related professional certification such as CPA, CIA is a plus.
