Job Description:

The Team

The Global Client Group (GCG) is responsible for the business development and relationship management function of Dimensional. Our goal is to develop deep and enduring relationships and to deliver outstanding investment outcomes and client service. Our clients and prospective clients are private wealth intermediaries including independent wealth managers, financial advisors, single- and multi- family offices as well as traditional institutional clients including sovereign wealth funds, insurance companies and large pension companies.

This position sits within the Wealth Management Group.

The Role

As an Associate you will work closely with Regional Directors & Senior Associates based in Singapore & Hong Kong to support existing clients and to drive business growth. You will provide proactive support to enhance client relationship management and business development activities.

The position is located in our Singapore office.

Qualifications

  • We welcome all degree disciplines - you will need to be fully degree qualified. A degree in Finance, Business and Economics is strongly preferred. You must demonstrate excellent academic achievement.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a corporate role, Financial Services experience preferred
  • Interest in financial markets and an understanding of Dimensional’s investment philosophy
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Mandarin/Cantonese language skills not mandatory but would be an advantage 
  • Detail oriented, with the ability to think in a structured and analytical manner
  • Proactive attitude with  ability and willingness to work equally well independently and in a team environment
  • Ability to absorb and apply information from formal and informal learning experiences
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new programs
