Position Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Equity Derivatives Trader with 3-5 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic trading team. The ideal candidate will possess a fundamental understanding of Asia EM markets (ex- China), and relevant experience in index trading with solid knowledge of Delta One products.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Build, monitor and execute Delta One strategies which would include and not limit to Index Arbitrage, special situations and pricing equities swaps.

  • Understanding and experience in market making various financial products including ETF market making, MSCi futures and other instruments.

  • Having in-depth knowledge of risk management, hedging, and trading strategies as well as market characteristics.

  • Partnering with various stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration with various internal and external counterparties.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA) is a plus

  • 3-5 years or relevant experience.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

  • Proficiency with financial platforms such as Bloomberg, Reuters

  • Proficiency with Python and VBA.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in fast-paced environments.
