Title: Technician (Calibration)

Location: Singapore

As a Calibration Technician, you will ensure the performance of essential instruments that support safe, high-quality production. Your work will directly contribute to the medicines and therapies that improve patients’ lives around the world.

What you will do

  • Execute daily calibration and repair activities while following all safety procedures and GMP requirements.
  • Complete scheduled calibrations according to Engineering standards and approved procedures.
  • Troubleshoot instrument issues, perform repairs, or escalate promptly to your Engineer/Manager when needed.
  • Support operations by working shifts when required, responding to on-call requests, and keeping work areas clean and organized.
  • Coordinate with contractors and service providers, including external specialists, to maintain instruments in full operational condition.
  • Document all work in SAP and record calibration data in CMX, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
  • Report incidents, non-compliance issues, delays, or missing parts to your Engineer/Manager and carry out other duties assigned by your Supervisor/Manager.

What we are looking for

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC in a related engineering field (Chemical / Electrical)
  • Knowledge and working experience  in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) environment is an advantage
  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience with cleanroom equipment is highly preferred
  • Willingness to work shifts
  • Positive, team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
