Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Associate, Electrical to join our dynamic team in Singapore, Singapore. In this key role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and management of electrical engineering projects, ensuring technical excellence and client satisfaction.

  • Lead and oversee electrical engineering projects from conception to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and clients
  • Provide specialized technical input for studies and design efforts
  • Develop and review electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
  • Perform quality control reviews of work developed by others
  • Contribute to the development of technical proposals and project estimates
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering expert technical solutions
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and sustainable design practices in electrical engineering
  • Assist in business development efforts and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a proven track record in project management
  • Preferably with Professional Engineer status 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and technical writing abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in mentoring engineering teams
  • In-depth understanding of sustainable design practices and their application in electrical engineering
  • Familiarity with local building codes and procedures for submitting designs to relevant authorities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Knowledge of electrical systems design, implementation, and industry standards
