Job Description
What you will be doing:
- Develop and implement commercial strategies, oversee project budgets, manage contracts, and mitigate financial risks.
- Lead the team in cost estimation, valuation, cost control, and contract advisory to optimize project efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners while providing regular project updates.
- Mentor and upskill the team, ensuring adherence to industry standards and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure all activities align with regulations and implement quality assurance processes.
You are:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying / Real Estate with 10 years of experience in managing data center projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
