Job Responsibilities :Reporting to the Head of Product Marketing within the PC Gaming Division, you will be responsible for commercialization of products such as Speakers, Gaming Peripherals for Work, Mouse Mats, and ensure product marketing collaterals and product GTM preparedness are ready for our sales and marketing teams to execute on.At the same time, you will partner closely with marketing communications team on content and PR to generate awareness and ensure strong adoption of Razer products in the region, expansion of market share and successful product launches
- Lead the Product Marketing team in terms of product marketing strategy and execution, including value propositions delivered to customers
- Be a subject matter expert responsible for being an evangelist and support Global Marketing pipeline targets and revenue to increase market share
- Full P&L responsibility including managing marketing budgeting & ROI
- Own and drive go-to-marketing strategy and launch execution of our product portfolio, features and benefits that drive impact
- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to plan and develop integrated global marketing programs to drive awareness, PR, inbound and outbound demand generation, sales acceleration, and localization
- Lead and shape the market with innovative market offerings, delivering competitive advantage, upholding the brand promise, and delivering a positive customer experience
- Understand and evangelize for the needs and motivations of our customers, actively identifying gaps and opportunities to better serve the audience
- Degree in Marketing or Business with minimally 8-10 years progressive experience in product marketing, preferably within consumer electronics space
- Good business acumen, sales-focused, responsive, creative, strategic, proactive, and hands-on, with the ability to translate data and insights into strategy and action plans
- Strong leadership skills with track record in building and managing a high performing team
- Strong budget management and reporting skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills and strong presentation, high attention to detail, written and verbal communications skills. Ability to communicate conceptually and tactically - including strategy, planning, data insights and execution details
