イノベーションリードは、ジャパンファーマビジネスユニットのデータ・デジタル&テクノロジー部、デジタルアクセラレーションチームに属し、日本におけるビジネスユニット、ビジネスファンクション等をサービスの対象として「新しい"明日のビジネス"を作る」という目標のもと、主に以下の業務を担っています.
・イノベーション戦略の策定
・イノベーションプロセスの構築と実践
・イノベーション文化の醸成
・社内外のパートナーシップの構築
・変革を促進するチェンジマネジメント
今回募集するイノベーションリードは、タケダのジャパンファーマビジネスユニットにおいて、必要なイノベーションを定義し、戦略の策定、プロセスの構築および実践を通じてイノベーションの創出をリードする役割を担います.また、組織全体におけるイノベーション文化の醸成や、社内外の多様なステークホルダーとの協業体制を構築することも重要な役割となります.

大学卒業
＜実務経験＞
・事業会社での新規事業やイノベーション創出部門における2年以上の実務経験（特に大規模組織や旧来型の伝統的な組織でイノベーションを推進した経験があることが望ましい）
・イノベーションプロセスの構築および実践・推進経験
・オープンイノベーションの推進経験
・グローバルステークホルダーとの協働経験
・製薬業界における経験は不問
＜スキル・資格＞
・イノベーション戦略を構築する能力
・新しい取り組みを柔軟かつ積極的に取り入れ、力強く推進する能力
・デザインやアート思考の活用およびワークショップの進行など、ビジネスシーンでのイノベーション推進のための知識と実践力

• Allowances: Commutation, Housing, Overtime Work etc.
• Salary Increase: Annually, Bonus Payment: Twice a year
• Working Hours: Headquarters (Osaka/ Tokyo) 9:00-17:30, Production Sites (Osaka/ Yamaguchi) 8:00-16:45, (Narita) 8:30-17:15, Research Site (Kanagawa) 9:00-17:45
• Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, May Day, Year-End Holidays etc. (approx. 123 days in a year)
