What You Will Do
  • Provide strategic leadership and functional expertise in the execution and operational success for new program industrialization across AMO Asia Pacific & Türkiye (APACT), aligned with business strategy and industrialization implementation (DAT and DSP) plan.
  • Provide functional expertise in the development of sustainability vision to meet RTX, Pratt & Whitney corporate and local sustainability directives in support of AMO sites. Take an active role in the Singapore Operations Council and APAC Sustainability Council; collaborate with central Sustainability Manager for alignment with APAC projects to accomplish sustainability initiatives, foster innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee industrialization program infrastructure and property projects (purchase, build, lease, renewal) and coordinate with RTX Real Estate to ensure compliance with local and U.S environmental and sustainability regulations, while driving operation modernization by leveraging technology and sustainable practices across APACT operations.
  • Support execution of DAT industrialization projects by ensuring capital expenditure planning, infrastructure construction, real estate regulatory, environmental and sustainability compliance and contribute to development of standardized framework for industrialization, focusing on environmental and sustainability requirements
  • Support DAT implementation and DSP repair introduction projects, collaborating with sites’ project teams to ensure successful project delivery while supporting conformance to Environmental Management System, consistency of record keeping and documentation as directed by organizational and regulatory policies.
  • Promote process innovation and improvement initiatives that enhance quality, reduce cost, and elevate operational performance.
  • Champion a safety-first culture that consistently exceeds safety goals and advances toward zero-injury performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable RTX and Pratt & Whitney policies, while fostering awareness, accountability, and ethical responsibility.
Qualifications You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Sustainability, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 7-10 years of experience in infrastructure management, EHS, or sustainability, with [5-7] years in a leadership role.
  • Solid understanding of all aspects of the business, including EH&S, people development, regulatory, quality, operational, technical and financial requirements.
  • In-depth knowledge of local and U.S. EHS and sustainability regulations.
  • Experience in managing infrastructure projects and collaborating with corporate real estate.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to ensure compliance and stakeholder alignment.
  • Proficiency in project management and compliance tracking tools.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to sustainability and safety.
  • Collaborative and proactive in managing complex projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in high-compliance environments. Strong written/verbal communication skills and demonstrated industry insight.
Qualifications We Prefer
  • Aviation and Aftermarket experience would be preferred.
  • Experience in the field of infrastructure, environmental and sustainability would be a big plus.
  • Technical knowledge of Pratt & Whitney’s Engines Repair, PW Repair Centers, and PW Engine Services business is helpful.
