Your Role
Drive top line growth by managing customer relationships (incl. regional key accounts) and sales execution across Biopharma/Pharma/Life Science within Singapore & SEA. The Associate Director is responsible in overseeing and managing overall functions for the Life Science and Research & Diagnostic Business in Tee Hai and the Southeast Asia region. He/ she to plan and implement strategies and also take part in the Company’s overall strategic decisions to ensure the continued growth in the business of Supply Chain Services, Sales & Distribution of GMP direct and indirect materials, Workforce Solution and R&D. He/She is to ensure that his/ her organization is working in accordance with the objectives and policies as established by the Management.
Duties and Responsibilities: -
Develop and execute effective strategic business plan to attain the growth expectation
Manage the day-to-day operations of the business, while maintaining focus on the Company’s strategic goals.
Review performance data (financial, sales and activity reports) to monitor and measure productivity, goal progress and activity levels.
Develops, maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the Company through core account management strategy
Provide direction and leadership in the company to deliver growth through both the existing business and new business opportunities.
Provide direction and support to the bidding process, knowledge of customers’ relationships, operational resource and commercial understanding.
Foster a motivational environment to help staff develop to their full potential and meet their responsibilities.
Continue to develop and coach his/her organization
Recruitment of staff, organizing of necessary training and performance management of the staff.
Assist RA leader to conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective risk control measures.
Ensure that adequate safety measures are taken for any machinery, equipment or process used at the workplace.
To follow the company’s procedures, safety rules and measures stated in the WSH Risk Assessment.
Your Profile
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain, Pharmaceutical Sciences or related disciplines).
10+ years of leadership experience within life science, biopharma, chemical supply chain or related industries.
Proven track record in business growth, strategic planning and operational leadership.
Strong understanding of distribution business models and supply chain optimization.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational ability with hands-on execution.
Proficient in CRM systems and business analytics tools.
Strong team management capability and a collaborative leadership style.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder and cross-functional environments.
Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects and teams independently.
