The Associate Customer Implementation Specialist supports the successful onboarding and implementation of company solutions for clients. This role involves assisting with deployment activities, helping configure systems to meet client requirements, and providing excellent customer service throughout the implementation process. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and focused on delivering a positive experience to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the primary point of contact during the implementation phase, supporting communication and expectations with customers.
- Help analyze customer requirements to develop and execute implementation plans.
- Drive or assist in configuring and customizing the solution to meet client-specific needs.
- Support system testing and validation to ensure readiness for deployment.
- Provide basic training and support to customers, ensuring they understand how to use the solution effectively.
- Drive or assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical or operational issues during implementation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Support, to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Help create and maintain documentation related to project milestones, configurations, and training materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of experience in customer onboarding, technical support, or system implementation with a Software as a Service (SaaS) company (ideally in an international payments / Foreign exchange environment, but this is preferred, not essential)
- Basic familiarity with system configuration, data migration, and integration processes.
- Experience with web technologies XML, HTML, Restful API and other popular web technologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Trello, or similar) is a plus.
