- Handling of Court Orders (not limited to Bankruptcy, Winding-Up, Garnishee Orders, Injunction Orders) and Deceased matters
- Processing & monitoring of all deposit accounts relating to the above processes to ensure compliance
- Liaising with legal, lawyers, official assignees, public trustee on legal issues
- Liaising with relevant internal stakeholders for timely dissemination of information
- Performing credit operations tasks related to consumer banking, including account maintenance, transaction processing, and customer service
- Ensuring accurate and timely processing of all credit-related transactions and documentation
- Identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues in credit operations
- Providing support and assistance to the Credit Operations team as needed
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in credit operations or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in using relevant software and systems for credit operations
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues
- Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
