Job Description:
Associate Media Manager plays a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel media strategies for clients. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, analytical ability, and strong communication skills to deliver high-performing campaigns and drive client success.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement integrated media strategies across digital (including SEM), social, print, OOH, TV, and other relevant channels
Lead the media planning process, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and KPIs
Oversee media buying and campaign execution, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and post-campaign reports
Manage day-to-day client communications, acting as a strategic partner and advisor
Collaborate closely with creative, analytics, and account teams to deliver seamless campaign execution
Stay up to date with media trends, platforms, and tools to bring innovation to client work
Mentor and supervise junior media team members (planners/buyers), ensuring high quality and consistency in output
Handle vendor negotiations and maintain strong media partner relationships
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
3 to 5 years of media planning and buying experience, ideally in an agency environment
Proficient in media planning and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, Nielsen, comScore, Prisma, Tiktok business manager)
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital media channels
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Strategic thinker with attention to detail and a passion for delivering results
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Google data suite
Strong excel and powerpoint skills
